There was barely anyone working and the girl who took my order messed it up and I wanted two foot longs and she made me two six inch didn’t even ask me what I wanted , she whispered when she talked to me and if a 6 inch is 8 dollars two would be 16 plus tax maybe 17 why the hell was it 19 dollars for two tinny sandwich’s, the lady who checked me out walked away mid check out didn’t come back I had to take my sandwhichs from the counter and leave

So I just left Subway getting dinner for girlfriend and I, our sandwiches were soggy, squished, sauce tasted off, they were not rolled well. They were not busy and was not near closing time, I even left a tip. I threw my sandwich away. This was first time in awhile. I'll go to Northfield instead now

Doors are usually locked early way before the 9:00 p.m. cut off that the door says. Last time I was there at 8:40 and the doors were already locked
The employee of the month Luke was the best part of my experience at “subway”. He recommended ways to make our regular orders better, And when we tried them they were SO AMAZING. I’m coming back not only for the food, but for LUKE. Thank you Luke!!

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong with cheese, mayo, ranch, and veggies. I got chicken, veggies, and no sauce, no bacon and no cheese. Incompetent staff, and it took over 10 minutes to get my "sandwich."
