Got a to go order opened up to a painted finger nail that fell out of my gordita. Promptly brought it to their attention.. just reserved a whole 6 free tacos for my troubles.wow cool super !

I went into the restaurant to place my order hoping for a fresh, hot & complete meal for the family. Not today - again. Ordered 12 items, we were only missing 3 this time! I have learned to check my bag before leaving, the last several orders were missing something when I got home that I needed to go back and get what was missing! We live less than a mile from our Taco Bell. When I came home, the ground beef in both chalupas was barely luke warm. One of the steak quesadillas only had 4 pieces of steak and they were only on the left side. The Doritos beef taco was so wet on the bottom, like it was placed in water. Super disappointed, yet again.
Ohh, and the restroom - totally disgusting.

It was 11 at night and we were in the middle of a nasty storm. I drove 30 minutes in the pouring rain to get our TB fix. The associates were 100% on the ball. They got all of the picky requests right, and everything was hot. Not to mention one of the associates had just gotten back from picking up more large tortillas shells since they were out. Thank you so much guys
You made my night!!! I dont know any of the associates names, but please give them recognition from this very satisfied customer on 7/29/2025 @ 11:30pm! They deserve it.

I lived in Faribault for about a year recently and would order door dash from mcdonalds and this exact taco bell (Only went inside once) and EVERY time they would never cease to fail at something whether it was missing some of the items or food being cold because extremely long wait times (Usually 1+ hours) Also to make matters worse when my partner and i would call to dispute they would barely compensate for missing items. 3.7 stars is too good for this place. The drive to the one in Northfield is worth if you need Taco Bell that badly if not there are other options

Employee name (drive through)Sal took my order and we asked to sub the nachos for fries, and he said that they were out of fries; in an extremely rude manner than says “even if we had fries we wouldn’t do it!, so what do you want!”(Basically yelling). I got the nacho Cheese and chips. I opened the bag noticed it was missing chips, so I walked into the store and said there weren’t any chips in my bag. Also, you should kind of work on your customer service because it was kind of rude when we’re going through the drive-through. Look at me and says you either have a refund or a cinnamon twist, I requested a refund and ask him to give it to the person that was standing in line behind me. I asked him if it for his name after that he said go ahead and report me. It wouldn’t be the first time. Typically, when I order here, I’ve never had an, He looked at me and said get out! As he pointed at the door, even the customer in front of me had mentioned that he was rude so I looked at him and said if you don’t like your job, then you shouldn’t be doing it that’s when he said I need to get Out and threatened me.

Rudest manager ever!! Ordered online, website says I can pick up in drive thru, get to the store , they wouldn't give it to me, said I had to go in...my order was literally inches from the drive thru window, told manager that on-line said I could pick up in drive thru, to wich he replied that I will be going inside to get it next time too. Nope! I'm actually done with Taco Bell from now on!

Every time I order from this place, I am missing at least something from my order. On top of that, my order wasn't exactly right either. My 5 layer burrito was dryer than a popcorn fart because they failed to put sauces and cheesy on or in it. I also ordered a slushie and it came half full.... very disappointed. It never used to be this bad. Seems to me these kids need to be re-trained.

Hey there, young man who was working the drive-thru Friday April 25th at 7:10pm. If no one has told you today, please allow me.. You are AWESOME! Why? Because you greeted me coherently in the microphone, you politely asked if I had any questions, you repeated my order precisely, you greeted me at the window with eye contact, you were efficient and accurate, you weren't rushed and you weren't slow, lastly, as we were finishing, you wished me a great night, and it felt like you genuinely meant it. Thank you, for everything. Who knew a quick cruise through Taco Bell would be so great? I didn't. You far exceeded anything that I would expect from a fast food drive-thru.
Keep doing exactly what you did tonight and you'll have an amazing future.
