As a professional chef, I understand the challenges of running a high volume kitchen, and I respect the effort Domino’s puts into consistency, speed, and customer service. The delivery drivers have always been polite and prompt. The wings are surprisingly good. The cheesy bread hits the mark. But the pizza itself, and specifically the sauce is where things fall apart. It has a strange, overly sweet, metallic taste with heavy dried herbs that try (and fail) to cover up the lack of real tomato flavor. To put it bluntly, the sauce tastes like how a wet dog smells. It overwhelms the entire pizza in a way that’s hard to ignore. This isn’t a matter of personal preference , it’s a fundamental flavor issue. In 2025, with so many pizza options out there, it’s disappointing to see such a core component executed so poorly. Domino’s has nailed the delivery experience and built a strong brand, but this location is lacking. The sides shouldn’t be better than the pizza.

I’ll be ordering pizza again, because I don’t have a lot of options. But maybe revisit the quality and freshness of what you’re putting on it. Just my two cents.

P.S. I usually love Dominoes. Like I will argue for it in conversation and in court. I will promptly say it’s better than the Pizza Huts or the Poppa Johns. I will battle against little Caesars until death. But Dominoes Farmington is really missing the mark. Corporate, or upper management,, please fix these quality and freshness issues 🤙

Worst dominos I’ve ever been to. I waited for my order for 45 minutes and they ended up saying the order was complete. Don’t come here if you want speedy pizza because you won’t get it

Picked up thin pizza and tasted like the worst ever.

We eat dominoes 3-4 days a week , this is hands down the most inconsistent joint ive ever seen, delivery drivers are a 10, fast and friendly but the people making the food should be let go.. pizzaman or squarecut will at lease get it right

habanero chicken had absolutely no sauce, dry and burnt. Why would you send this to a 3 time a week customer.

I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni, half cheese. Simple, right? Nope! I get home to find that they have prepared half cheese and half pepperoni with no cheese! As you can imagine I was irritated. I called the store to complain, barely got an apology instead I was blamed for the error and no offer was made to fix the mistake. I live about twenty minutes away so there was no point in me driving back so, I just had my dry cheese less pizza.

Ordered here on 12/14. First, forgot part of our order for the deliver. When they did re-deliver it the chicken was RAW! Completely raw, I was actually shocked. Third, I had the spinach feta cheese bread, and I got the absolute worst food poisoning of my life! I have thrown up a total of 15 times & counting! This place has ruined pizza for me.

They kept getting my order wrong

If only the online ordering was okay.
I waited over 2 HOURS past my expected time to recieve my food. I called the store 3 times to try and cancel and was on hold for over 15mins each time before I hung up because no human answered. I also contacted corporate twice and no one has said a single word. I had to order food in the meantime for my family and that arrived 45mins before they delivered my food. So I had to pay for food that no one ever ate.

Online ordering just has too many flaws for this location. I am consistently disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to detail. I said last time I wasn’t going to order again but my family really wanted to try this $18 New York style pizza. What a disappointment! This pizza was no better than any other mediocre pizza on the Dominoes menu. We ordered two 14” and both pizzas were a bad construction of food with places missing cheese and one of the pizzas was in a box meant for a medium (as if they ran out of large). We waited about an hour for delivery, which is understandable during a rush, but I didn’t find out until the delivery driver arrived that they were sold out of the 2 liter bottle of Coca-Cola. We were told we would be refunded later. I was just wondering why they could call and ask if we wanted a different 2 liter? I guess online ordering doesn’t allow for that. We ordered the garlic twists and well and half of the 8 pieces were miniature compared to the rest. Total was $65.75 for 2 pizzas, garlic twists and lava cakes. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me

Almost always good. But learn how to slice your pizzas!!! Every time I order I end up re-slicing all the pizzas

I pacifically call this store to make sure they would put some Parmesan cheese and crushed peppers when I pick up my pizza because I did it online curbside pick up and when the employee brought out my pizza, I asked him nicely if those any cheese and crushed peppers in there. He said yes and I believe that is very wrong for Employee to lie to customers like that especially when I pacifically call the store to make sure that they would have that for me and when I called the store to ask him what happened and all the employees said was what can I do about that but what do you want me to do about that that is so unprofessional when I’m over here spending 25 $30 on pizza and they gonna treat me like this
