Spider monkey's bake shop has a variety of cookie decorating classes to help people of all different skill levels learn how to work with royal icing. I took the Christmas cookie decorating class. It was fun, but it's definitely harder than it looks. My friends and I would definitely do this again since it was a fun experience.
