Las Enchiladas- Authentic Mexican Restaurant

Ok this place has great food, and we have been going here for years, and ordering the same way since we started going here 6 years ago.
Now went here the just today and there was a new server working. Attempted to place our order, but she didn't quite understand.

Food was good, chips are corn and taste stale, but the shrimp tacos are delicious. Queso is nothing to write home about. Service was average, only one waitress and two customers. Very small restaurant and I would recommend those with wheelchairs or walkers to avoid this very tight entrance. There is handicap parking, it is at the other end of the strip mall.

This may be my favorite restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing. There ought to be some warning about how amazing the food is. I can’t drive into this parking lot without my mouth watering. WAY better than Las Tortillas in Rosemount. What a wonderful hidden gem we have here in Farmington!

Summer 2025 UPDATE:
I'm not sure when I wrote the first review, but I have frequented Las Enchiladas many times at this point. My mouth starts watering anytime I drive by on Pilot Knob. Recently I tried some other things on the menu and it's ALL absolutely fantastic! Most of the time we see Edgar, but recently learned it's family ran. What a wonderful family we are blessed with here in Farmington!

Cute, intimate, humble environment with outdoor option. Queso is so good, had the deep fried shrimp tacos and the slaw was so flavorful. Highly recommend by loyal regulars as I was sitting here talking to some. Definitely worth the stop

handmade tortilla quesadilla was great! can’t wait to try more of the menu. friendly, family staffed place… the exact type of establishment you want to give your money to. I don’t live super close but I’ll go out of my way to come back

Meh! First time I went. I was charged 20$ for 3 enchiladas with rice and beans. That's very expensive for one meal. Second time I went, the food was ok, not as good as the first. Again too expensive!!!!

Was looking to try a different Mexican restaurant and this did not disappoint. Such a cute, clean and comfortable place. The food was fresh and had a lot of flavor! The margaritas were amazing!

Authentic Mexican food right here in Farmington! Staff is always nice, and the new outdoor seating area is a welcome addition! The only place my family goes for Mexican food.
