Ordered on line 2 footlongs at about 6pm. The place was empty. When we got our sandwiches home it looked like they were thrown together in a rush. The Titan Turkey had less turkey on it than a regular turkey footlong and did not have the 2X cheese as advertised. The Outlaw footlong looked like they used enough meat for a 6 inch. I guess we better order in person next time.š The convenience of online ordering is not worth it.

The most incompetent group of high schoolers couldnāt understand the difference between Buffalo sauce and Baja chipotle. The one that rings me up hand me the bag with three heavy sandwhiches and says ābe careful the bag is rippedāā¦ā¦then get me a different bag how hard is that concept

I stopped in last night for a sandwich and the young man working just stared at me not asking what kind of bread I wanted and gave me another blank stare and didn't ask what kind of meat I wanted. I told him that this is usually the part where you ask what kind of meat you want. I guess if you don't want to work there please just quit and if you are lacking customer service skills please find a different job.

Does not know how to read an order they forgot half of the veggies I wanted and put 3 times amount of sauce on the sandwich than asked for. I get this sandwich every time, this was the first and last time I ever order online. Apparently you have to watch over the person making the sandwich. ?

I really donāt want to give this rating and hope itās a one time problem but I have had at least 3 times where I order online and specify that I donāt want cheeseā¦only for the sandwich to have cheese on it. I have a more severe lactose reaction and have never had this much of an issue with any other restaurant. I can only call and have them remake it so many times before it gets frustrating. The last order that was made had cheese on it and I didnāt see it until I ate a quarter of the sub. Please just follow the order requests.
I ordered 4 footlongs online. After picking up at the store and taking them home we realized that two of them were completely wrong. We called the store and they said they would "leave a not in the office" and that we can pickup replacements for them at any time. When we went back to the store there was no record of this incident at all. They said they couldn't help us but they would leave management a note and they would call us about our replacement subs. It has been almost two months and we have not heard from them. I feel cheated.

Don't normally eat at subway but I thought I'd give it a try again. It was very ok.. but I feel like the bread could be so much better. Tasted like it was left out and was very very dry on almost 1/3 of the sub when toasted... like croutons dry and hard. Staff was very nice and very quick.Shares parking lot but plenty of spots

I asked for the vinaigrette to be on the side. All 3 sandwiches were smothered in vinaigrette. Very messy and just not happy with this order.
