Stayed a little longer....going to make a complaint to the city...she was not going to have us sign for the $100 winner we pulled...I get its nothing but its about accountability which this place has clearly displayed it doesn't have

Very loud in there, a few regulars are obnoxious and inconsiderate of others, when new people come in, they leave after one drink and never come back.

Me and a buddy went to the mug for the first time and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were counting the pull tab boxes when we got there which is fine I figured they were in transition so we waited. 10 minutes go by and I start leaning over the bar to get one of their attention and one finally came over to take our order which was bottled beer. She then proceeds to go back to counting the pull tab boxes without getting our drinks. Again we waited figuring they needed to get it done, no problem. Another 8 minutes or so go by a couple comes in and sits at the bar. The same bartender who took our order takes their order then proceeds to start making their drinks so we left without getting our beers. I understand if a bar is busy and waiting on a drink but this was not the case. We will not be returning.

Amazing bar tender during the evening around 6-8 and food came super
If I could give no stars I would. We went in there today on 10/29/2023 about 11:00am, sat down and waited almost 5 minutes before the lady came and asked us what we wanted to drink. About 15 minutes after that she could see me kind of looking at her and came to our table and said “do you guys need anything?” In a snarky voice. We asked if they had a food menu, and she said “um.. yeah” so we then proceeded to wait until 11:40 and she was not even around. She was talking with other people not doing her job nor was she being attentive. Highly disappointed.

The place was empty but the food sucked the bartender was slow and very inattentive but she was very friendly. The prices we also reasonable. So if you go for drinks,watch sports on TV you're in good shape. If you want something to eat go across the parking
