Caribou Coffee offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Despite occasional order mix-ups, the staff is accommodating and quickly corrects any mistakes. The drinks are fantastic, and the food, including Lumberjack sandwiches and soufflés, is good. While some employees may appear idle, the overall experience is positive, with great vibes and welcoming workers. Although encounters with a few rude employees at the drive-thru window can happen, the overall service and quality of products make it a place worth revisiting.
