I will admit that I do not love returning to my home town, but this food truck absolutely makes up for most of it. Their food is fresh, tastes incredible, and Fergus is lucky to have them. Support them, love them, make sure they are always here when I have to come back.

We had read the great reviews about this food truck. We ordered the walleye fingers and fish & chips. I'm sorry to say our food was below average at best. The "fried" fish was soggy and the fries were limp. Even the onion rings were limp and soggy. We would not go back there.

I just want to give a shoutout! The food is delicious! Ive been very happy every time i have eaten here! The queso tacos and mango Chipotle salsa are so good! I tried a veggie rice bowl and it was packed with goodies and a large portion ! Highly recommended!

Wow!!! I just had a tilapia rice bowl and it was outstanding!! It was beautiful, the ingredients were very fresh, the texture was lovely, the flavors were incredible and it was perfectly prepared! I was totally blown away and highly recommend it for a takeout lunch..

I was a little disappointed based upon the reviews I saw. The walleye fingers were kinda bland and boney. The fries were soggy and just ok at best. Maybe the tacos are better. The location is unfortunate, it's just hot pavement and this place could use some shade or a couple picnic tables to at least sit at while you wait for your food. The people who run the food truck are very nice.

The ceviche is the BEST…my personal favorite. I literally plan my time in Fergus around when this place is open. The tacos (any kind, pick what you know or be adventurous) are very delicious as well

This a Fergus gem! I had the most delicious flavorful walleye sandwich with homemade fries. Prices are very reasonable, food was piping hot, generous portions, friendly service, and clean. We will be making this a regular stop.

We had Fish Factor cater our outdoor wedding this summer. They used their food truck to cook on site, and we served our meal buffet style. Our menu was different than their typical menu at Fish Factor, and we asked them to make things they had never catered before. It included appetizers (chips and salsa, caprese skewers, olive and sundried tomato rustic tapenade), and for the main meal, a variety of salads, roasted potatoes and carrots, French green beans, salmon, and steak. Our guests only said good things about the food, and overall it was a success. Thanks Fish Factor!
