called for take out order. about 12 times. guy answered and out phone down and occasionally could hear him breathing on phone but would not say anything. said Hello numerous times. this happened 3 times. customer service was bad. could of said we're busy or just said anything. but didn't.
Unprofessional staff / owner ,poor service and customer service and very rude and degrading experience.
Food was good, service was awful. Our waitress brought our drinks (pop), took our order, and she never back to our table . We ended up getting our food to go from a bartender. Restaurant wasn’t busy. It took 45 minutes to get our food (a Reuben, a hamburger; both with chips)
