I have my boat on Forest Lake and love supporting all the local businesses and restaurants. I had high hopes for this place and “Best Steak House” isn’t really warranted. For the level of quality food and facilities, it’s average. It’s somewhat fast casual and you will be tipping for very little service. I’m trying to be helpful but I don’t see myself going again. There’s so many good restaurants in the area that it’s hard to recommend. If you really want a steak...

We're so happy the online reviews sent us here. Lovely owners and great prices. My new york strip was cooked perfectly as was my husbands' chopped sirloin. The sides were flavorful; Wild rice soup, garlic green beans and hash browns. We will be back to try the breakfast everyone is talking about.

Parking: Google maps didn't send us directly to the location. It's in the middle of the block.

I can't tell you how good the food is . I opted for the walleye...it was perfect. Everything was great. I thought the prices were really reasonable, also. My daughter raves about the chicken and wild rice soup. That's part of my next meal.
