First time trying Big Apple Bagels, walked in great atmosphere, workers are very helpful n friendly. I even had the pleasure to meet the owner Ashley she was super friendly n told me the history about Big Apple. Long story short by far the best bagel I've had. I will definitely be back!
Rude staff. The sign on main door said they were closing at 11 pm. Doors locked. It wasn’t 11 pm so we went through the entrance through the other shop. As soon as we approached the entrance an employee ran over and started putting the rope or a cross so we couldn’t get in. She had a snotty face. Didn’t say anything like I’m sorry we had to close early. Which would have been totally acceptable. Very disappointing.
May be favored as it was my first job at 16.. but the bagels here are made fresh daily.. go early, they sell out! I find myself craving their breakfast sandwiches frequently.

First of all...how are you gonna call yourself Big apple bagels and not serve smoked salmon as an option??? Every bagel shop you walk into , in the " Big Apple" serves lox and cream cheese..
After having to choose a far less superior option, I settled on a garlic parm bagel with jalapeño cream cheese.
It was a good bagel and the folks working there were very nice...just wish lox was on the menu..........

Always delicious sandwiches and muffins. There are mostly high school students or new workers there when I go, so I take that for what it is, they are learning. It is always busy so it is hard to find a table most of the time but that's great for business.

Order wrong for the forth and last time. Tired of paying extra to actually have meat on the sandwich but never get it. You have a pick up place for on line orders, but they are never out there. I tip every time, and why? Because nothing is ever right.!!!No longer will be spending any money here. Sad, this used to be a good place.

Sounded like a fun place to try but ended up leaving because there was no customer service or order to the place. Many people waiting in line commenting that they had been there awhile. Disappointing.
If you haven't been here yet, I would advise making this your next stop, get a bagel sandwich or a muffin, and then get a sack of bagels to go, you'll never get your bagels anywhere else I'm sure of that. Top tier, great atmosphere, you need to be here ???
