Always a 10/10 for us!!! The breakfast bagel sandwiches are so good. The bagels and muffins are fresh and to die for. Can’t say enough!! Oh the coffee … FANTASTIC!!!! Don’t have pics from last trip as we had to eat on the run in the truck but will next time!

My sisters and I (5 of us) go every summer when we're in Forest Lake, MN visiting my oldest sister. She goes every week a and they know her by name! Wonderful Bagels & a variety of cream cheese! They also have coffee in different flavors, featured flavor, teas, and I believe, smoothies. Highly recommend!

Ugh, the service was awful. My coffee had grounds, and when I asked for a new one, the girl acted like I was a pain. They didn't even change the pot! The food was good, but the staff was so lazy.

New York bagels? More like New York prices. I was shocked when I was rung up for my dozen bagels (with no cream cheese) for $30! If this was the best bagel and service I ever had, then maybe. I was hoping for that New York bagel flavor… not impressed for the spendy price tag. Won’t return.

My girlfriend drove 50 minutes to see me in forest lake and decided to stop by to get us two bagel sandwiches before coming over. We have the very similar experience as Gabriel below. She has now been waiting for 45 minutes FOR A BAGEL SANDWICH THAT SHOULD TAKE 3 MINUTES. This is by far the worst bagel shop in MN. Do not waste your time and money.
The bagels we picked up a month ago to eat at home were dry and tasteless as well. Just wanted to give them another shot. I will never support this place again unless management or ownership makes this right.

I used to love Big Apple Bagels’ muffins. Since there aren’t many in Minnesota anymore, I decided to drive a ways to this one. I bought several muffins. The first one was extremely dry and dense. We couldn’t even finish it. We asked to switch it with another one. The other flavors were ok, but not what I remembered.
The bagels were so dry and flavorless. I don’t know how this place is a bagel bakery. They were disgusting. I couldn’t even finish my bagel sandwich because the bagel was so hard.
The cashier asked me the same questions at least three times. She couldn’t remember our order. And the tables were so dirty. We were there for about two hours and no one ever cleaned the tables. Overall, this place isn’t great.

If you take your order to go make sure you check it before leaving. Mine has never been correct once, which earns this place only one star. Bagel order is wrong, I get cheese when I ask for none, an untoasted bagel when I ask for toasted, no chips in a lunch combo, and every order is handed to me by the same slack jawed kid who can't seem to read a ticket correctly. Service is fine, the place is nice, coffee is weak though. Food is good for what you get, if it's an accurate order. But mine never is. Too bad.
