If you haven't been here yet, I would advise making this your next stop, get a bagel sandwich or a muffin, and then get a sack of bagels to go, you'll never get your bagels anywhere else I'm sure of that. Top tier, great atmosphere, you need to be here ???

Took order wrong after repeating it 3 times.That’s why chains take over as they are CONSISTENT.Food is below average .Coffee very below average (think they reuse the coffee grains ) as it was as light as Perkins.Only thing is the okay atmosphere mom pop feel, which is the draw.

Food and Atmosphere are as expected- fast food bagels. Service was a ZERO. This review is a culmination of multiple times visited- rude employees, no greeting, or goodbye as well as an expectation to be tipped. Perhaps if I was greeted, or even communicated with beyond "what do you want" I would consider tipping. Attitude from employees becomes worse after they notice you do not tip them. Too many bad experiences- I will not be back.

Staff not very helpful and rushed us when placing our order. One of our party given wrong sandwich. Mine had a minute amount of cream cheese on it. No napkins. We left hungry. For the asternomical price we could of eaten at a nearby sit down restaurant and been served a hot meal, which we will do in the future.

The staff there were trying to be accommodating but i rather not bother them. The menu was difficult for me to read so I used my phones camera to zoom in to read it. Only to find the prices were a bit much for me so I left. About a hour later they had the police come to my door because they had the extremely horrible idea in there heads that I was using my camera for inappropriate reasons. This is all beyond offensive to me and I will never go near that place again. For people to jump to that conclusion is horrible. I try my best not to cause any problems and to have this happen genuinely hurts to have people assume that about me.
I spent $9 on a nondairy hot latte and watched the barista top my drink off with cold milk straight from the jug. My "hot" coffee was cold enough to chug. We're talking kid's temperature. The other staff were lovely to work with. But I worked as a barista for 4 years, you just don't top a hot drink with cold milk, especially when you're charging $9 for it. That's not good service.

This was my first time here with my husband. The food was great, they mixed up the bagel bread for the sandwichs but I was okay with that as they were really good. They were only a little busy but they got us the food pretty fast. My only complaint was the service. I know service work is a hard job but my husband and I just felt outed, not welcomed there. I'm not a typical white person and not fancy like most of the people there and my husband is brown so everyone look very judgy. The cashiers were not the nicest either, very condescending and made me feel stupid for not knowing what they had. I still tipped because I always tip no matter what kind of service I get. Since the food was so good I'll still come back in the future.
