The man at the register was clearly new by the way that he needed assistance finding buttons as we ordered, which I had no issue with, people need to learn. My boyfriend ordered a medium shake, received a small. He told the manager on duty this and showed his receipt to which she insisted that my boyfriend ordered a small, because she "heard him", I was right next to him when he clearly said medium. She then went in the back and audibly told the man who had taken our order he'd done it wrong, he hadn't, and brought it out. She didn't apologize at all, just blamed my boyfriend for the mistake. We also never got our milk for our kids meal because a medium pop was rang in instead, I didn't want to cause the employee anymore problems so we let that be. Not coming back if that's how employees are trained.

Every time I have been here they get the order wrong or mess something up. Stuff happens but man it’s excessive. Won’t be back. Their staff needs better training and do not have good customer service skills. And to the automated message reply for all the negative reviews! No I won’t give you another chance. How about actually reply to your customers and make it right?!

I ordered 6 piece sauce and toss with extra ranch and paid for 6 piece. I got a 4 piece sauce and toss with no extra ranch went back got 2 more strips not sauce and toss and my napkins were set ontop of my barbecue strips full of barbecue. There was no line just young incompetence. Will be going to Wyoming from now on.

I've gone here a good amount of times during the last couple years but today was the last straw. We are moving and didn't have any food at home, so I took my kids out. I'm pregnant and have 3 little kids and normally the 6 piece chicken strip basket is perfect so that's what I ordered AND paid for. When I got home to have our picnic, I found that they only gave us 4. That wasn't enough to feed us and I couldn't go back out before my kids naps to get more food. I've seen a lot of reviews saying they don't do well with orders. They need to put a better system in place!!

They messed up our order 3 timed. Then we left and after a mouth full of pure peanut butter I discovered they messed it up again. No ice cream, just peanut butterThis wasn't an accident. Someone intentionally did this. They were probably standing around giggling about it too.Three days ago they screwed up our order also. Do yourself a favor and get a Wendy's frosty or mcflurry at McDonald's instead

The person who made my 2 dipped cones, literally sat it on the corner. Proceed to go back to chat and laugh with 5 other people for 10minutes. After picking up the same cones sitting and handling them off to me at the drive through. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Literally could have just gave me the cone instead of letting it sit???

Thought I’d give this drive through another chance. Really wish I hadn’t. 1 car in front of me and it took 20 minutes before they got their order. We were thinking they must have ordered 20 burgers. Nope, three small blizzards. Got up to window and three of the laziest guys standing around having a great time. No one in the lobby. I ordered 1 small cone and they must have been milking the cow and waiting for it to freeze with the time it took them to complete the order. This place is still a joke. Go elsewhere.In looking at the responses to other comments left by customers, they always say “we are sorry but we are always listening to our fans…” if that were the case, then fix this issue. Seriously. The three guys you have working there today should not be tomorrow.
