Hands down the greatest DQ in Minnesota EVER!!! Top notch service!!! Highly recommend going to this Dairy Queen!!! Service that will leave you with a big smile of joy and happiness and gratitude!!!! Food was hot and fresh! Blizzard was chilled to perfection! The management is phenomenal!

Always the best service 🙌 I ordered banana split blizzard- that's usually a crap shoot with every DQ, it was the absolute 💯 BEST blizzard I've ever had. Every time we choose that location - we are NEVER disappointed. We appreciate you guys!!!!

I never in my life have seen such incompetent people every time I go to this Dairy Queen they messed my order up and they always put too much ketchup on my burgers, even though I ask him to put none on them recently I went there and they shorted me a couple of cheeseburgers And I am absolutely fed up with every time I get blizzards they put drink cup lids on them and a leak all over in the inside of my car this is the only Dairy Queen. I know that does that every time I’ve asked him I’ll just put it in a bigger cup. I can’t believe they don’t have enough money to buy the proper lids. I will never go there again I am sick of this place.

I want to rate higher and support a family run business but I was pretty disappointed in my most recent visit on Wednesday. The line was long and slow moving, blocking residential driveways and homes. When I was finally able to order, a man took my order and it was put in by someone else, who accidentally put in for one Sunday, when I ordered the 2 for $5 deal in addition to my other items. So I was charged for one, which is more than the price per Sunday with the deal. Instead of fixing it, offering me another Sunday or even letting me pay for the 2nd one, the gal apologized and said it was her mistake and stood there waiting for me to drive away. I appreciate that but it didn’t fix it and I was not about to get back in that 10 car line. I ordered the quantity I did because I wanted the Sunday’s for my nieces. Was a bummer. Unsure if I’ll be back.

Not sure what’s going on here, but I’d avoid after 6pm:

They always close early inside (like at 7pm..?) and then only have the drive thru open. So people show up, find doors locked, look at the drive line, and leave. Also, their drive thru is super slow, so people leave all the time from the line, frustrated it’s taking so long. So they are basically servicing maybe 1/3rd of the customers looking for dq, I’d guess. Mostly kids in there working, so I don’t it’s really the workers fault.

Ordered a small cone that was made with liquid first because that machine wasn't frozen it was finished with a working machine. Then the dipped cone was dipped once and it barely covered all the ice cream. Let's say that cone turned into a soggy mess.
The bright side was staff seemed friendly.

My Superman blizzard was non birthday cake. They just added a bunch of vanilla ice cream cookie dough and sprinkles. Very unflavored :(

Won't be back. Showed up when they were open, waiting to place a to go order at the sign, then they declared they're closed. That amounts to zero customer service. Lame.
