Ordered a small cone that was made with liquid first because that machine wasn't frozen it was finished with a working machine. Then the dipped cone was dipped once and it barely covered all the ice cream. Let's say that cone turned into a soggy mess.
The bright side was staff seemed friendly.

My Superman blizzard was non birthday cake. They just added a bunch of vanilla ice cream cookie dough and sprinkles. Very unflavored :(

Won't be back. Showed up when they were open, waiting to place a to go order at the sign, then they declared they're closed. That amounts to zero customer service. Lame.

I went into dairy queen for a blizzard and it was the cleanest dairy queen I've been in. Also, the service was fast.

This place is run by children who either don't care or weren't trained properly. Drive through takes forever, maybe there's nothing that can be done. I don't know I don't own a business. They changed their hours constantly and it is rare they align with what it says online. Just go to McDonald's and get a shake lil bro.

The man at the register was clearly new by the way that he needed assistance finding buttons as we ordered, which I had no issue with, people need to learn. My boyfriend ordered a medium shake, received a small. He told the manager on duty this and showed his receipt to which she insisted that my boyfriend ordered a small, because she "heard him", I was right next to him when he clearly said medium. She then went in the back and audibly told the man who had taken our order he'd done it wrong, he hadn't, and brought it out. She didn't apologize at all, just blamed my boyfriend for the mistake. We also never got our milk for our kids meal because a medium pop was rang in instead, I didn't want to cause the employee anymore problems so we let that be. Not coming back if that's how employees are trained.
