Don Julio Mexican Restaurant Bar&grill

I had a terrible experience tonight. I ordered the mohacate for my wife and I. We were with a large group of hockey parents. The waitress corrected my pronunciation of the dish I ordered. Ordered a beer and margarita. Drinks came drinks were gone no food. Everyone else’s food came not ours. Waiting and waiting. Finally everyone was done eating and we had to go. I went to find someone who spoke English. The women at the front desk said she spoke English. I told her what happened. Instead of fixing the problem. “ She tells me I have to ask her side”. I came to eat, I have no food. Instead of saying I will put that order in. Then speak with your server. Great Customer Service. Mind you the dish alone is $30 So if you can’t fix a problem you shouldn’t be in business. Came hungry left hungry and irritated. Way to run a restaurant!!

Great Mexican restaurant, my favorite !! Good food, good portions, friendly servers and great drinks and atmosphere!

The food is good, service is NOT good. You can visibly see they're not happy when order food to share. We were still eating when they brought us the check. We were still eating when they brought us boxes we didn't ask for. Then he brought us the credit card machine to pay for our food before we even had our money out to pay.
Everytime I've been here, I literally wonder if they secretly dislike their customers.
Oh and they charge you a fee to pay with a card, but they don't tell you that. You need to look at your receipt to find that out.

My family and I go to Don Julio’s once in a while, especially for birthdays. It’s a fun place to celebrate with a lively atmosphere and music, and it feels very family oriented.
The staff always does a great job and is quick with refills, especially for drinks and the chips and salsa. The food is always delicious, and it’s a place we enjoy coming back to for special occasions and family dinners.

Food was great. Ordered the alambre and it was great. Waiter came every ten minutes and he was on point. Awesome place and I live right by. Will be coming back.

It's pretty authentic mexican food, the flavors are good, and there was actually a lot of good choices that didn't have tons of hot spice, but you have many hot spicy choices also ! The service was good and friendly. I've been here several times and will continue to come back.

We have been eating here for years, one of my favorite places! Not today!! We ordered tacos and guacamole. As you can see the small salsa and the Humongous Guacamole that we received. The Guacamole was $28. I almost had a heart attack, expecting to pay our normal $8. We tried to talk to the cashier about it, but we do not speak Spanish and he just stared at us. As you can see, the tacos are dripping in grease. Disgusting!! Super disappointing!!
6 tacos & guacamole = $53.00 ????!!!!!!! Wow!
