Wow! Googled the hours for Ernies. It said they were open until 9 pm. When we walked up, the owner was cleaning up the deck. He said, “we are closed” ( it was 8:30pm) I mentioned that his website said ‘close at 9pm’.When I showed him my phone of the Google results, he argued that that was not his website. Soooo disappointing that when local businesses are probably struggling, that they would argue with a customer that would definitely review and purchase. We wanted to purchase quarts of ice cream. Guess they don’t need the business!
Awesome Ice Cream. Just know if you ask for 2 scoos that you get much more than you think...
Amaretto Cherry with Mackinac Fudge Ice Cream was delicious. Prompt, courteous service. Small patio could use more seating with umbrellas.

It was ok. Went for ice cream. You have look at one small sandwich board of a LOT of flavors of ice cream at the front of the store, then you move to the order station. We had a couple behind so felt rushed and no board of options or the ice cream when you order by the cashier.

Ernie's has the best ice cream. We come here weekly just for the ice cream. The food is good too, and the service is great, but the ice cream is fantastic.

Best sandwich shop in town! These are premium subs for share. I love that they have a plethora of specialty chips to go along with them. Definitely not a Subway or Jimmy John's - these are on a totally different level!!! I bring coworkers and suppliers here for lunch.

Been to Ernie's many times now. I've grabbed a sandwich to getting ice cream and relaxing on the deck. Enjoy this place everytime I visit the area.
