Tomorrow will be one week since my last visit. Last Saturday morning I was in and ordered a Cheesesteak with double meat, double cheese and NO peppers or onions. I received DOUBLE peppers and onions. I wasted $27 on a sandwich I threw away. I called in to make them aware of the situation and was told I'd be refunded. I have yet to see a refund.
If you say you're going to do something, do it. Simple as that.
I'd give one star, but the staff seems polite.

I had the hot sandwich the chicken Philly was really good. Great customer service, very clean store,friendly staff. We have had sandwiches from here this is our 2nd time going here.

Thank you for coming to the rescue for dinner we enjoyed our subs. They were great thank you Justin the incredible sandwich creator thank you Antonio for being amazing sweeper and also Katie for having the best customer service and knowing what we needed for our family it was our first time being here and we promised to be back you have a great staff full of energy. We even got to watch Justin doing an exciting dance, the exciting awesome dance. Did I forget to say that we got the last of all of your bread that night we watched the lady get turned away. We felt bad but knew our food was gonna be great. thanks for being rockstars. You guys keep up the great teamwork because it makes the dream work.

It's been a long time since I visited a sub restaurant. My wife and I split a full sub (took half home) and my grand daughter had a half sub. Subs were good. Old fashion cream soda brought back memories! The cost was 40! I felt it was a bit9 high for what I was eating!
