I really do enjoy the food here. However they have to be open to get food. I have gone here 3 times in the last 2 months during posted open hours and they have been closed.

The amount of food you get for the price has drastically dropped. Used to be able to get full off of a steak burrito and now I wouldn't even call it worth it the price. Your name is Mr large burrito one would think you would at least sell large burritos
Closed today (a Saturday at lunch) with no warning other then a paper sign in the window.
I absolutely love this place. They have amazing food and the employees are super friendly. But like others have said… they are never open!I’ll drive there because online it says they are. But they are always closed.I’d be okay with it if google was accurate so I didn’t get in my car to drive there. Especially when I have limited time for a lunch break.

Used to be a really great restaurant. The food is great but the atmosphere has died over the past couple years with the new owners. The employees all seem like they hate being there. The biggest issue is they are never open. The posted hours are not accurate, EVER. They have been closed the past TEN times I have been there! I am going on normal days during good hours. This needs to change. Its sad to see this business go downhill so fast. One of the most infuriating places in the area.

This is a restaurant for suburbanites who are scared of the neighborhoods where good Mexican restaurants are. We went to this restaurant based on reviews and had a very different experience. First of all we waited between 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged by staff. When we were finally greeted by staff he treated us like we were an inconvenience. I’m from Chicago, so I have higher standards than most Minnesotans. But simple stuff like make sure your women’s restaurant has a functioning toilet and greet the customers when they entered seems to elude this place. I won’t be going back.

We previously had eaten there and loved the burrito and enjoyed the uniqueness. Today October 26th we went there with my family and it wasn't the same at all......Food wasn't the same, sanitation was doubtful, everything was dirty and sticky, drink fountain wasn't working, bathroom was absolutely TRASHED! (Both toilet was clogged toilet with feces and paper towels....)We wanted to love this place and uniqueness but unfortunately no, this will be the last time eating there food. I'm not sure what have changed but ownership must have changed or something.

This was one of the most surreal experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Unfortunately, their food is pretty good and it's at a very good price.We went inside because, from the outside, it appeared the store was open for business. Open sign was on in the window, door was unlocked, etc. However, there is NO ONE there to take our order. Register, grill, and all are completely unmanned but the kitchen fans are running full tilt and the lights are on.We wait about 5 minutes, call the store, and after being treated to several minutes of hearing their phone ring 2 metres away, we are informed that their voicemail box is full. Call a second time, also no answer. After 10 minutes we go back to the car and decide to call the police as there's no one there and we want to make sure they don't get robbed and that everyone is OK. 2 other customers show up and leave. Police show up and leave after about a minute, and inform us that everyone is OK and the store employees were just having a meeting in the back, without bringing the phone, or having any way to check on customers in the store.We go inside after 25 minutes now and order. Manager/owner is talking to the cashier and clearly still getting a hang of the restaurant. We're also talking with the cashier and it comes up that we were the ones who called, out of concern for the restaurant. Manager walks away, does not say a word to us, and doesn't offer to comp anything for the extra long wait or even apologise. We got an extra order of fries (that was a ,,mistake") from the grill cook though.Employees were VERY nice but it's pretty clear that management doesn't care about customer experience or retention at all. We are not going back.The reviews about sticky floors and dirty tables are absolutely correct, by the way

Food is good, decent variety, chicken or steak burrito that are massive in size. Pretty comparable to Chipotle. Service on the other hand not so good.... Friendly, but when needing more hands/servers or during busy times need to focus on getting customers out the door...

Sad drab place, no maintenance. Sticky floor and every table was dirty, infact everything is dirty and sticky. Food was bland. Fryer and drink coolers were broke. Dirty window sills and blinds filled with spiders. Fountain drink machine was out of service. Interior lights were off. Broken tables and seating. Inside it was like 80° and humid. I'm assuming for cost savings. It's clear this once was a thriving restaurant and now has been neglected. If you can't keep your dining room clean it only makes me wonder what's going on in the kitchen and coolers.

It's all in the name, large burritos for a good price. Quality is higher than Chipotle and really tasty. Great for pre or post cabin trips up north. Service and atmosphere not anything to write home about though.
