Check out the prices on August 7th in the photos. The personal pizza was a pan style butter crisp on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. The pizza was hot and delicious.

Were do I start. We left because we been seated for 10 minutes, no customer service waitress was in the back talking to people. A guy. smelled like old hotel. Carpets were nasty, no toilet paper in the bathroom, seen everybody’s black hand prints in the bathroom top of bathroom door. No prices on the menus,.

Ive been on hold now for 7 minutes!!! Changing my reviews!! Get employees that actually care about ur business not just the checks!

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! The food is standard Pizza Hut, but the service was outstanding. We dined in, and the guy working was friendly and generous; since I was there with my kids he even gave me a recommendation for our next family vacation destination. The dining area was clean and was giving peak Millennial nostalgia vibes; it felt like I was walking back into my childhood. It's also really cool that they have a lunch buffet.

My wife and I ate at the Pizza Hut in Forest Lake the evening of 7/1. All of the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. The restaurant was very clean, in fact we thought that they had gone through a remodel. We have never had bad service or bad food at this location and would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

Went in to place an order. Everyone working was just genuinely very kind and the pizza was really good.
If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. I called to place an order was told that it would be at least a hour before they could send a driver out because the driver left for a hour. I was fine with that and placed my order, after a hour and a half and when I was asked for payment was charged double the amount that was told to me over the phone. Management did nothing to help and kept me on hold for over 20 min. The pizza was cold and order was wrong

I wouldn't order their taco pizza again the toppings was the bare minimum lettuce tomatoes cheese and the toppings were cut for a salad bar not for a taco pizza and there's way too much mozzarella it takes away from the taco pizza but other than that I've always had good service and really good food
I don’t even know where to start. I ordered 2 pizza, breadsticks, cookies and wings. The pizza was not good, the beef didn’t even look like beef, the breadsticks and cookies tasted very stale, the wings were so pale I had to air fry it a bit so I could eat it. I definitely feel like I wasted my money and should have gone to domino’s instead. Very disappointing, Pizza Hut is not what it used to be.

Someone who cares
Service here is horrible. The restaurant had families sitting at tables in the restaurant waiting to place their orders and the staff refused to take their orders and said it would be 30 to 40 minutes before the people actually sitting at tables in the restaurant could place their orders. I was I side waiting for my carryout order and I was appalled that staff would treat their customers like that. My order was made on the app and the app said my order was ready but when I got to the restaurant to pick it up the lady said it wasn't even in the oven yet. Horrible service. Hire more staff to meet your business needs. Additionally, manners should be a requirement.

I’ve had fantastic experiences all summer for the buffet. The guy working was very friendly and on top of keeping the buffet stocked, so I was surprised when we had a party of 15 all meeting there on Sunday Nov 24 and an employee was so rude to us. The place was 100% empty except for our party. We moved 2 tables together to prep for their arrival and a female employee lost her mind about how their furniture could not be moved. We were all standing there shocked and looking at each other and then she says it’s gonna be awhile cuz she has this school thing. (Like we were supposed to know what that meant). The rest of our party had been arriving and we were all standing not knowing what to do. The man working (I’d never seen him there before) never said a word to us or even raised his head to look at us. Again the woman yelled at us like we had done something wrong to her by choosing that restaurant to eat at. I was mortified that I got my whole family to meet there and then we were all treated like that. She was actually angry that we were there ruining her day. We had to find a different restaurant, which is disappointing because we wanted this to be our Sunday meet up place. Her rudeness cost this location 15 orders x 52 weeks because we will not subject ourselves to this kind of unwarranted verbal abuse. We had two little girls with, and they understood enough to have huge eyes and looks of shock!
