We just moved to Forest Lake and decided to try this place because we noticed it has been open since 1971. The Italian and Muffuletta sandwiches were excellent. The gals working the counter were fantastic. I will be back.
The subs were delicious. I had the Italian with no green onions. The food came out nice and warm. The only reason it didn't give 5 for service is it took a little longer than I would have expected for it to come out. The food was still worth the wait.
I love Stewie's. I love everything about Stewie's. I've loved Stewie's since they were in Lindstrom and I was just a kid, now I'm an old lady. I highly recommend the Philly, it's just so good. Did I mention I love Stewie's?
