I wish there was zero stars...we arrived in there,I almost fell,because floors were very slippery,manager was mopping instead of fixing the broken soda machine.she refused to give us soda from the back that we heard her say through the drive thru.then she never gave us most of what we ordered.she also never gave us a discount or to take soda off the order.really not impressed with the food either...it was cold and tasted half cooked.
would not recommend coming here

Was yelled at the entire time, yelled the same questions over and over. Manager and worker talked about how my coffees looked wrong and still gave them to me. There are chunks in the coffee. Ask for the receipt and got an attitude and no receipt. Horrible service and a disgusting attitude

We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, no one ever spoke to us or took order (we yelled “hello” a few times). We finally gave up and went inside. It was chaos. The soda machine was broken so the cashier was trying to fix it and never took our order either. We ended up going to McDonalds.

I’ve been here many times. The service always sucks. They ignore you for a minute when you walk up to order, then walk to the register and don’t say a word. Food is okay. Today they screwed up my order. The guy grabbed it, didn’t say anything and walked away. And then came back with a new burger, and still didn’t say anything and gave it to me.

Whatever team that worked 7/22/25 did a wonderful job for being so busy at 10 pm. They tended to all the customers with no attitude but try their best to be calm and thoughtful. Great staff that night

There was no dine in past 10:55, guy barely took out order, no ketchup, no napkins, just the bare minimum when it comes to customer service at night time, Culver's is far better, if I were you... I'd avoid this location at any point in time.

Ordered from DoorDash and there was missing items. Ate inside the next week after and they still messed up the order when I ordered “for here”. Gave us bags instead of putting it on a tray, employees must be pretty miserable to start drama with customers when they confront staff about missing items from there order. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody especially if it’s DoorDash, they have a scale to weigh out the food for online orders. if I could rate 0 that would be my rating, if you hate your job so much QUIT!

What irks me is...how much more would it cost to have REAL sour cream and butter?

customer service is very poor. The lady in glasses were giving us attitude after we had asked her if there is a smaller size meal since we were on a budget. She put the order in and had it made before we even confirm it, then proceed to charge charge extra. Worst customer sera experience

Drive thru customer service is crap. I had to initiate the drive thru order instead of someone greeting me. When I went to the pay window I could tell the woman obviously hated her iob by the worst non-greeting and pure depression on her face. I don't think I will go to Wendy's again because the workers made me feel bad for ordering there because they hated the job so much
