They had one worker, earlier today, trying to do the drive through and everything else, all alone. Wont be back. It's wrong to overwork few employees. Won't be back. I wont give business to selfish companies who treat their workers so poorly.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through & the only one in the drive through during this huge snow storm, only to get to Stacy and eat a very nasty spicy chicken very gristly and it spoiled my appetite time stamp said on sandwich said it was placed at 5:01 didn’t receive it until 5:15..

Do not get the New Chicken Tenders... gross, dry, flavorless, and the breading was hard in spots, cost me $8 after tax and they were gross, don't buy them. Got the Bacon fries and there was too much cheese, bacon seemed microwaved. Wendy's should stick to burgers and fries.

The cashier was not very friendly. Ninda rude.
Gave me a frosty shake but not a spoon so I had to wait a solid 15 minutes or so to eat it. Food was average.

Ordered a decent amount of food for $30. Literally everything was cold. Not a single item was even warm at all. This location is just getting worse and worse. The food that was served to me was definitely expired and should of been discarded not served to a customer, I would know as I worked at this location many years ago. The only thing that was decent was the fountain drinks. This is unacceptable and I can see why they don't give you or ask if you want a receipt.

I wish there was zero stars...we arrived in there,I almost fell,because floors were very slippery,manager was mopping instead of fixing the broken soda machine.she refused to give us soda from the back that we heard her say through the drive thru.then she never gave us most of what we ordered.she also never gave us a discount or to take soda off the order.really not impressed with the food either...it was cold and tasted half cooked.

Easy access.
Was yelled at the entire time, yelled the same questions over and over. Manager and worker talked about how my coffees looked wrong and still gave them to me. There are chunks in the coffee. Ask for the receipt and got an attitude and no receipt. Horrible service and a disgusting attitude

We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, no one ever spoke to us or took order (we yelled “hello” a few times). We finally gave up and went inside. It was chaos. The soda machine was broken so the cashier was trying to fix it and never took our order either. We ended up going to McDonalds.
I’ve been here many times. The service always sucks. They ignore you for a minute when you walk up to order, then walk to the register and don’t say a word. Food is okay. Today they screwed up my order. The guy grabbed it, didn’t say anything and walked away. And then came back with a new burger, and still didn’t say anything and gave it to me.

Whatever team that worked 7/22/25 did a wonderful job for being so busy at 10 pm. They tended to all the customers with no attitude but try their best to be calm and thoughtful. Great staff that night
