“My husband 2 kids and I were in Daroos 2 hours on 5/5 start to finish my husband and another lady had to go to the counter and order after sitting for 20 minutes plus. 1 table got all their food and done eating before we even ordered and they came in after us. Afterwards I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for breadsticks. All I got offered was a certificate for free breadsticks which were free to begin with so what sense does that make? We won't be going back for a long while. and yes I am well aware of staffing shortages and new people“
