I travel all over the country and this is bar far the best little bar I've been to. Everything is fairly priced and the food is great. Service couldn't be better. Definitely stop in if you are in the area.

Good food, great owners providing great service in a country food/bar setting. Worth the stop anytime. Saturday night is Prime Rib night but you better make a reservation as people for miles around know the secret of the Toad Lake Store food.

Our waiter, if you can call him that, was inattentive during our meal. We had to get his attention multiple times to get service as he never once stopped at our table to see if there was anything we needed. The food was excellent. When it came time to collect our bill and pay, the waiter did NOT make any effort to bring us our check. We made several attempts to get our bill from him and he rudely told us each time that he was busy. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Great place out in the country. I think I've eaten basically everything on their menu and all of their options are delicious. They have the best prime rib in the area bar none. Worth the trip.

Clean restaurant, top notch service, excellent tacos. Virgin margarita request fulfilled nicely. Order wasn't fulfilled correctly no onions or olives and order was promptly re-made.

It was freezing in there and the chairs were super uncomfortable. The poor older guy next to us had to move to a different padded chair. Service wasn't great. Nobody checked on us after the food came out and we had to go to the bar to ask for our bill. Burger was good though. Everything was a bit pricey considering the atmosphere and everything else.
