I would love to give a HUGE shoutout to the Fridley, MN Dunkin! I went though the drive-thru for a coffee before a meeting at work and I was quickly greeted but asked to wait. Fast forward to close to 10 minutes later and the barista who assisted me was WONDERFUL. He explained they were having issues with their system, apologized more than once, thanked me for my patience, and wished me a great night. This barista also gave me 2 complimentary donuts! Dunkin' offers friendly service and good coffee and donuts. The price is fair, and the drive-thru is convenient. However, the inside is not very inviting for sitting and the hash browns may be undercooked. The location seems adequately staffed for quick service, but the lack of a barista touch in preparing coffee is noticeable. They took really good care of us for a big event and the donuts were fresh. However, they can be very unfriendly and unprofessional, and they messed up our order. Overall, Dunkin' provides a decent experience for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or coffee stop.
