I LOVE this BBQ Sauce. I recently mixed it with leftover shredded rotisserie chicken on bread and stuck it in the oven with cheddar cheese over it. It's the only BBQ sauce I like.
I just tried the Mango, Peach and Habanero on some baby back ribs. Not too sweet with a good mild kick. I love the smoky flavor too. Extremely good flavor that does not over power the flavor of the ribs. I would recommend this sauce/marinade. I also grilled some 1" thick slices of zucchini marinaded in the sauce. The slices were delightful, grilling caramelized the sauce on the zucchini, making for a great side dish.
