Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet - Fridley

Go to: Dragon Star Buffet or Super Moon Teppanyaki Grill offers no grilled food anymore. The service went down hill. Staff is rude. If you order a soda and want a tea after eating they’ll charge you extra. The place isn’t cleaned to industry standards and they never change out the serving spoons when adding a fresh dish, they just stick the same crusty spoon in the next pan.

We gave it a second shot and the food was still not good. It was cold and so-so quality wise.
Not the worst, but certainly not worth going back.

The food was good and fresh, lots of variety. Only one less star becuase the grill was closed.. still.. idk if it's permanently closed.

The food was okay. I just didn't like how the servers was trying to force you to tip them 30%. Tipping shouldn't be force upon, it should be how your service is.

First of all, the food is not that good, some of the food tastes like it has been saved. Regarding the service, it is the worst I have ever received. They serve the drinks in dirty glasses and they forcefully want to collect tips. We barely had 10 minutes in the place and they already brought us the bill to pay like someone letting you know that you already had to leave, terrible service, the workers look at you badly 👎🏻

Honestly just a little disappointing. Good variety of food which is nice, but the quality (which I suppose one should expect in a buffet) was lacking.
Sushi was a massive miss, shrimp was chewy which should not be the case.
The rice and chicken dishes were alright, admittedly a bit fatty.
Beef dishes were mainly fat.
Desserts not too great, rather dry.
I did enjoy it overall, since trying lots of different foods is enjoyable, however I'd probably go somewhere with higher quality in the future.
