we were there a week ago for a few days ice fishing. we rented a fish house. the first night our heat went out. they were on it right away. tried to fix it but couldn't until morning so brought us out a space heater to keep us warm. they kept checking on us to make sure we were doing ok and anything we needed they were right there to help. best place for fishing all year round. you won't be sorry and you might even get lucky like we did and catch a big one

It is a bit tricky, during high traffic weekends, to get back on 169...however, the service and food was worth it!

I booked a trip for my husband and a bachelor party group recently. Unfortunately almost everything that could go wrong did. Their captain didn’t show up, the cook had to leave the restaurant to launch their private charter, had to use one of the bachelor party members phone for lake maps to get to the fishing spot as the fill in captain didn’t have his own. The staff asked to allow 5 additional fishers that were not part of the bachelor group to their booked private launch for minimal compensation (thankfully my husband said no and the staff did not let them on). The large anchor winch broke and so the guests had to hand pull in the line with no help from deck hands or captain. Overall, a poorly organized fishing charter that needs some help with customer service.

Amazing experience this weekend at Twin Pines! Picture from room window doesn't do it justice. Price, Staff, and Customer Servie was TOP NOTCH. Nikki, the bartender was a great weekend host to my boyfriend and I, and made us feel at home. Spent more time in the bar than we anticipated, after our work event, because of the service! :) Picture was taken at 5:45am just as I was getting up to use the bathroom- You can see Twin Pines has a prime spot in Garrison and on Lake Milacs. Resturant stayed busy with locals, and was also delicious! Planning to stay there again in the future.

Had a delicious dinner before hitting the water and catching smallies and walleyes. Weather impacted the trip but the resort did a great job making sure we were able to safely enjoy the lake. The Captain was great with the kids and made sure we were on fish.

My family and I had a great time on the Boat Launch fishing today. I would definitely recommend Twin Pines to anyone wanting to get on the water and fish. We did not stay at the resort but plan to in the future. Thanks for the great time!! Ashley, James, and Bryce.
