I was at Twin Pines this weekend with the 'Texas Boys' and it was a great experience! We had a fun but cold weekend, even though we only caught 1 fish. The best part is they took our fresh catch and fried it up for breakfast for us! It was delicious! Linda is the absolute best and the rest of the gang at Twin Pines are awesome! Twin Pines is pure, classic Americana at it's absolute peak. Great people, service, and a one-of-a-kind experience.

My buddies and I stayed over the weekend to ice fish through Twin Pines. Rented a sleeper. 2nd time here. We had a great time with the fishing, location and the ice house setups they have. There was nothing lacking. The owners and employees are well knowledged and ready to assist anyone that wants to have a great fishing experience. Good times! Will come back again for sure.

Don't let the commentary about Lake Milacs send you elsewhere. Fishing is still good. The proprietors of this little gem of a hotel and restaurant are doing it right. It's not the Ritz, but it is the perfect spot.

I went on the boat launch with some relatives and friends on a cloudy day. Regardless, it was a good way to get back together with out of state acquaintances. We ate at the Twin Pines Restaurant afterwards, and they cooked one of our walleyes for us. And here you see the fish before and after. Nice! Can't comment on the accommodations because we stayed at the casino down the road.

Did a 5 hour fishing charter.Resturant and bar are closed min through wed. But you can still do a charter run.Food & drinks: Breakfast served Al day and they walleye sandwich for lunch is great. And they bar can make a drink or pour you a shot. When you do a charter you pay for it right sat the bar. They are open Thursday through sunday.

Drove an hour to come and have their seafood omlet, SO good and worth the drive. Great service. Hope nothing changes when they do sell.

We went on the 1 to 5 launch yesterday 9/16/23. I've been fishing Mille Lacs for 45 years. This is by far the worst launch my husband have been on. I'm basing that on the two people helping on the launch only bring two depth weights for over 20 guests. I don't expect the launch bathroom to be super clean, but I do expect it to be usable. It definitely had not been maintained/picked up in a whole. Be more organized, no excuses not to bring enough depth weights for over 20 people. We tipped the boat employee's, but you need to do better. We will not go on another Twin Pines launch again.

Only stopped there for breakfast - 16 of us women golfers. Good food and service. An annual stop for us.

We went out on thier launch boat on the 13th of August this yr 6pm to 10pm. We were told we weren't leaving because we were waiting for a guest who was the co-owner of the rocky bottom bar and grill and we had to be polite. We finally left the dock 38min later fishing time lost for my party of 5 that I brought up to celebrate then told we have to be calm and polite like we're animals. Then captain proceeded to basically spend all his time with this co-owner making me lose a monster fish which he looks in my face and tells me that was a big 1 of the trip. So disappointed..
