Wow amazing service, clean store good fresh food. Caleb, Tommy, Yeni and Ben were awesome to watch as a team although it was quiet inside they were pushing orders out the window like nobody's business. The assistant Manager Caleb was courteous and great at communicating with his team. I was really impressed with how well they all worked together to get the orders out. As someone who has 20 plus years in food service I wanted them to be recognized for an outstanding job. I'm not one to write reviews but I was honestly that impressed. Amanda Branchfield

Today I ordered lunch in the drive thru and I was rushed at the order box. When I got up to the window Daniel M took my card and started giving me my drinks. I took them, but I had ordered 2 mediums and 1 small and was given 2 smalls and 1 medium. I told him that and asked if I paid for the medium or small and he was very rude and said “you paid for small”. Then he handed me my card and receipt and I looked at it and I paid for 2 mediums and 1 small. Someone else came to the window with my food and practically threw it at me and I asked very nicely for the medium that I PAID FOR. Daniel got the drink as I tried to hand him back the small, and he handed me my medium and said “keep it”. I was trying to be polite and not be a Karen but he shut the window in my face. I cannot believe that this is the way they treated a customer who simply came for lunch. I am so disappointed because I enjoy this BK and have had good service in the past, but won’t be going back after this…..unbelievable!

Got a meal and asked for onion rings but they gave all fries with the meals.didnt check it out till got home 25 miles away. Place is bad for customer service.

This has always been a trash location. At least since Covid. Lately it’s been a little better. But how I was treated by the manager today was unbelievable. Not in a good way! I couldn’t find my card fast enough for the drive thru person (about 10 seconds) so I was told to pull forward. I had my payment method in my hands a few seconds later, so I pulled around back up to the window. At which point I paid. Then the manager walks over just to let me know how he had to give away free food because of me and then tells me I didn’t pay for my food yet(when I had the receipt for it) when I had and then yelled at me because they put it in the computer twice. At the risk of being a Karen I asked for his name so I could report his behavior and he and he said “I’m not telling you my name and if you don’t leave I’m going to call the cops!!” Literally I can be a Karen, but this was unwarranted and hateful.

The worker named Juan took my order, he was being very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a 8 pc chicken fries for my son, I payed with a $5 bill when the total was $4.28! I asked for my change and he said “ no I’m not gonna give you change”. I was mad by this remark so I asked agin and it was the same answer. I got the food and told him I was gonna leave a review, he came up to me holding a singular fry and told me here you go. When he gave me my food I went back to me seat and ate. He came up to me and asked to see the review, he tried to snatch my phone and threw an ice cube at me! Do not recommend!!!!!!

I haven’t had a quick meal in a little bit and knowing that it’s one of my fave quick feel goods, I was sad to think my bathroom break would leave me with a warm disappointment..but no along with it always be spotless and everyone working as a team when ever I have stoped at this location..they made it to order when I got here.. money can’t buy consideration or collaboration or cleanliness! The woman that brought it out had a kick in her step even to bring my hot meal.. I thought it’s so nice to see someone proud of what they do and to perform a good service. I hope the employees get paid well at this location cause they never disappoint! Way to go guys, kudos to the jobs that bring people hot, fresh happiness with a smile and kudos to you!! It’s all about the layers, BK, my way, lol! ?
I usually go there at about 11am if im working that Friday. So about once in a two month span. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean as well. Other Burger Kings I go too like Hutchinson and Plymouth are always dirty and screw up your order even when I'm only ordering for myself and there dirty. Than there is St. Cloud where you order a fish and end up with a whopper jr. I would rather eat in a biff than St. Clouds dirty building. I say building because St. Cloud isn't even on par for fast food restaurant standards. Keep up the great job Glencoe!
