the staff knows me by name and knows my drink. my husband went up to get me a coffee yesterday, and he ordered my drink and the manager apologized and asked if this was "Holly's" drink? he said yes and she told him what I usually get. I had accidentally left out the "cooler" part of my order, and since there was nobody else in line, he called to check my order. the manager was correct, I had made an error when sending him, and she caught it. Thank you J!!!!

Life Altering Experience. Grace was the barista who assisted my order and crafted the best drink I have ever tasted. I once used to not like coffee, and now I am a changed woman. This will never be forgotten and I greatly appreciate the atmosphere, the service, the kindness of this employee and most of all the craftiness and dedication put into my drink. Best thing I have ever tasted. I will be back I love the caribou inside of coborns in Glencoe MN. Shoutout to Grace Shultz!
