Great place to stop for fuel and restrooms and nice and clean
Nice stop in Glenwood - they do have a $5 card minimum... The man working the register said I don't need to go buy other things and let me out charging my card for $3.10!
Tiny room smells GREAT!!!!!
Clean store with lots of items.
I could get lost in this place.
Helpful service, and a wide array of fishing gear and bait.
Great fishing and clothing stuff. Handy location right off the highway.
Great one stop shop!
I love this bait shop I just wish they were closer to me I live in Alexandria and I will drive there for bait because they have the best quality
Overpriced on everything in the store and they count out the fatheads and crappie minnows and $5.50 a dozen and the kid was counting them out individually with his handsThe fatheads were half dead, barely swimming, dead minnows in the tanksI will shop elsewhere from now on
Restaurantji Recommends
Plenty of bait available. They have a decent selection of lures and other equipment. The food is good as well.
Best place in Pope County to get bait and more .... ???
The live bait was horrible I couldn't even stand the smell in the tiny room and the amount of dead minnows vrs live ones was more than I ever seen in a live bait tank. Had to change out water immediately(but far away from fishing spot due to the stink) and remove the dozens of dead bait In hopes to keep the rest of the barley alive minnows from dieing off fast, let's just say for a newly built station I'm disappointed to see the bait section so nasty. Other wise the rest of the station is clean and tidy and well stocked with items to grab and go.
Good friendly service. Nice bait. Will be back
Stopped in today, the guy working behind the counter was pulling double duty and doing a fantastic job. He was covering to counter, counting out waxies as fast as he was selling them, scooping minnows, and giving out lake directions.
