Friendly lady at the counter offered me free food because she thought I waited long in line (only 5 minutes). I declined because it really wasn't a long wait. She insisted. The free item was great!
These were, hands down, the best donuts and pastries I have tasted in my entire life. And I was literally a donut and pastry baker for years. I am always on the lookout for a competent bakery, and these blew me away.The glazed raised was so light and tender, it was like eating a gently sweetened cloud from heaven. It gets harder and harder to find places like Theresa's. I travel around greater Minnesota every summer and fall for work. Nearly ten years ago I set off on a quest to find the best donut outside metro area. Theresa's was one of my favorites. Now it is one of the few left standing.
