Definitely a must stop place for food if you're in Glenwood or on Lake Minnewaska! The food and service was great! I tried their shore lunch special walleye and it was wonderful. A great view of the lake with wide open windows or sit on the patio.

The place looks really nice inside and out, but the service was terrible. Slow on drinks, food , silverware and ordering anything. The 3 prime rib dinners were overcooked and barely warm. Shrimp Alfredo was way over cooked. Also the chicken sandwich was lame. I won't recommend this wreck to anyone I liked. Management needs to step in fast to fix.

Enjoyed our experience at lakeside. View is fabulous. Often when a place has a killer view the food is sub par. I loved the Asian salad. There was a slight mishap with my hubbies pizza but it all worked out and the staff was lovely. Would definitely stop again.

Service was so terrible we walked out. Three people standing behind the bar, while the server is clearly hustling. Nobody came to our table. Bartender could not offer us drinks while we waited, and after ten minutes of nobody acknowledging us, we left. If only this wasn’t the first time we’ve had terrible service here. Won’t be back.

What a romantic and yet easy-going atmosphere! It is right on the lake, with indoor casual bar seating, more sublime dining room seating, and outdoor tables, too. We enjoyed our lunch and time together. We will be back!
I realize they were short wait staff but waiting 45 minutes for food and no offers to refill beverages while we waited. One order was extra late, closer to an hour because his order was given to someone else. Beautiful patio though

Went here for a wedding, witnessed multiple people/guests getting verbally attacked by management for 'rules' the guests weren't aware of.
I tried thanking management for all they do, knowing stress can play a part. That said, it's still weeks later and I'm still thinking about how their management treats wedding parties and guests. If you can't operate under stress, find something else to do... These are people's forever memories...
