My family and I have been coming here for over 31 years. We had Leo as our chef and Christian as our server lastnight. The food was amazing and the service was top notch!! Kudos to Leo and Christian, this was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had here in 31 years, thank you for making my daughter’s 14th birthday special!

We came here for our son’s birthday and were seated by the manager. We waited over 15 minutes and no one came to even give us water. We had a young child so decided that this was enough for us! As we walked out the manager asked us that he hoped we enjoyed our meal. What? We will never go back!!!

Came here for my Husband’s birthday tonight around 5:15 on a Thursday. It was slow. We sat at a non hibachi table as we had our 2 year old with us. The manager sat us and we were seated at a table that was sticky… whatever I’m a mom I used wipes to wipe it down. We then waited there for 15 minutes no one came to bring water, say they would be with us, or any sort of acknowledgment. We got up and left because we didn’t have time to wait any longer without water with our two year old. As we were walking out the same manager who sat us literally 15 minutes earlier asked how our food was LOL. I said “you sat us 15 minutes ago and no one came to our table.” She didn’t even remember. I’ve worked in the industry for years. This entire experience was ridiculous. Glad we didn’t give them our money. We ordered Thai takeout instead. We were bummed because we were looking forward to this.

We go to your restaurants all the time but I will say every time lately then chiefs have got more boring. They use to do all the cool show we would have a good time. But lately dull we went last night and there was a mom and her daughter first timers and the chief was so boring I felt so bad for the little girl. So I would say if you see kids at the tables go the extra mile and make it a good time for them . And on the second note the food didn't taste like anything last night . It's like a hit and a miss sometimes good but most time bad.

Don’t pick up delivery orders from this place I’ve been coming here for 3 years hoping every time that they have made a turn around with delivery .. turns out they haven’t I’ve been waiting 45 min for an order with 2 items on it while the other customers order is getting cold as we speak .. they don’t focus on delivery orders and counter them in with other orders properly .. don’t come here if you want your time wasted
Late dinner with the GF, trying to have a decent, semi-quick meal because she just got off work. No hibachi so she sat us up top BUT next to a grill on the lower level. It must of been 85 degree's at the table from the grill below the entire time we were there. Served us 3/4's of our food then came back to say they didn't have the sushi prepped my gf ordered, so she got something different. The server brings the wrong order. She then tried to reorder and the server comes back and says they don't have that prepped either. All the while forgetting my order of fried rice. My favorite part was when we got the bill.$82.10 - which is reasonable, I'm thinking +20%, just under $100What wasn't reasonable were the 4 extra charges add to the bill. This is verbatim per the receipt:Service Charge - $16.42 (Ok 20%, that what I would have tipped even though we had horrible service)Food Tax Tax - $4.36 (??)Liquor Exc Tax - $3.42 (?)Food Tax Service Charge Tax - $1.40 (?????????????)Bringing my total to $107.70. A 32% upcharge from my original $82 bill.......I never write reviews but this is preposterous

Service was horrible, shrimp had veins in it. Orders were wrong. Steak was salty. Very bad experience overall. I am a regular at this establishment but I think that the food and service has gone downhill. ?

The service was slow and nothing special. I had a couple problems with the visit and didn’t have time to speak with anyone. The tip is mandatory. If you have a mandatory tip why not just add it to the menu. You can’t tip for good service or tip less for poor service.Vegetarian options: They have hibachi vegetarian dishes
