Worst app experience EVER. I placed an order through the Burger King app, and it never showed me my order number. I stood inside the restaurant completely clueless, and when I asked an employee for help, they flat-out refused to assist—just shrugged and told me to wait. I had no way of confirming if my order even went through.
Tried contacting customer support? Absolutely useless. Automated responses and no resolution. It’s like no one actually wants to fix the problem.
What’s the point of having an app that can’t do the most basic thing—show you your order?
Uninstalling immediately. Total waste of time, energy, and money. Burger King, do better.

I’m done with this app and with BG for good — uninstalling it right now. When you place an order, it doesn’t even show you the order number, and the staff refuses to speak or answer basic questions. It’s absolutely unacceptable, especially when you and your family are hungry and just trying to get your food.

First off, the staff were friendly despite the early hour. Thank you for the smiles and positivity. But I got food poisoning today from here. Time of order: 7:40am Had 2 jr. breakfast burritos. I don't usually go here for breakfast.

It's Burger King what can you say but because of their app and also their coupons it ends up being a pretty cheap place to have breakfast or lunch. That is if you have their coupons.
