The drive-thru is set up just dumb. The speaker box that you order through is super easy to miss, set way back behind the building out of sight if you come through the other entrance. I saw other people missing it also and driving right up to the pick up window. There's a structure set up to look like you would take your order there, but it's just storage now. So dumb. I'm never coming back to this place. Ridiculous??

At 12pm today me and my wife stopped in to have it our way. Didn't go that way. Order a # 5 fresh off the bolier with onion rings. And double cheeseburger combo off the bolier. Instead of off the bolier, they microwaved our food. The onion rings were half done. When I brung my food back to the counter. The manager ( African Americans lady ). Had a real bad attitude when asked if there was something wrong. She went on to say the food was made fresh, and it wasn't microwaved. The bread was hot and hard. The cheese was runny.. after it was remade, the food was cold, not off the bolier like request... ALL an all was the worst experience at this location we will not be coming back..Need better leadership and better customer service training. It's clear that she doesn't carry burger king (values) as a Manger nor respect the guests that come in here.

I was at the location on Friday, 02/02/2024, at 3:40 pm. I wanted to order 2 Whoppers from the DUO meal. There was a woman at the counter talking to me, and she was really rude. Right from the beginning, she started talking to me - a customer - in an arrogant manner. When I asked which choices I had, she insisted that I could only order the standard. I told her there could be various choices. I saw the advertised options: Choice of Two Whopper Jr. Sandwiches, BK Royal Crispy Wrap, Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap, or Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Wrap. She said rudely that standard and no more options I can order . It was an awful experience at that location. As I was leaving, they were laughing about me. Awful overall.

I order at nite on February 1st… i ordered a onion ring at the drive thru because i was the only one there got to the place where i was going and they weren’t there i had to go back to the store…. They said they was gonna make them fresh they don’t even look done and fries did not taste like there all the way done….

I do not recommend this location if you want a quick bite. They got my order completely wrong and charged me much more than it was supposed to be. It was also difficult dealing with the order taker because he had me wait 5 minutes just to order some food. Wow it really did suck.
Shawna likes to boss people around and yell & swear at customers. Really liked the cleanliness of the place, but Shawna thinks she is the Burger Queen (by the looks of her she kind of is). Don't recommend.
