I hate I don't know her name but she was there this morning at 630 when I went to get my coffee. She is always on point and communicates with me by name, I JUST LOVE IT. I ordered online today and normally I get water with my order but I couldn't add that but when I got there I lit up with smiles, she had the water and even though it seems little it was the principle she knows her customers. I actually don't care for caribou's coffee quality, but I wanted to give a review because the staff member who assisted me today was very personable. I wish I had caught her name. Anyway, sometimes genuinely good service can make a person's day! Keep up the great work.

Got cut off when leaving with a full load of coffee and it spilt all over my car, effectively starting my day off horribly. Cue the amazing humans at this location, I ask to reorder the items and am willing to pay for it, but they wouldn't have it and upgraded my sizes as well, ON THE HOUSE.
