Part of our order wasn't even bagged or sealed up! For the safety of your restaurant and your customers, you really need to make sure to do this! Hopefully the food we just ate isn't laced with something.. Do better! We tried to call this restaurant but phone rang rang without answering. That's why you're getting this review now.

this is somewhat of a shitty review, but I feel like I should throw it out there.... this restaurant is always hit or miss, certainly some locations better than others. The reason I submit review right now, cuz I'm straight up unable to place an online order through their website from my phone, despite all kinds of troubleshooting..., I'm not incompetent when it comes to browsers and mobile vs desktop and whatnot... & when I get continuous errors, and am unable to place an order from your digital platform(s) - something is obviously wrong, and I imagine it doesn't help your bottom line. and the other reason for providing review: some locations are notorious for providing soggy sandwiches. have had success on many occasions (particularly when lettuce requested on the side), but there have also been many occasions where my hoagies are not up to par. so I'm still feeling it's a gamble, doing business with this establishment in general.
*FYI, most me orders from this restaurant chain be though Uber/grubhub, and certainly some establishments seem to make better sandwiches than others no doubt

I always get one of their calzones! So nummy and others who get the pizza also seem to like it. The restaurant does not have a lot of vibes, most people are ordering takeout i think. The service last time was quite slow, but the food is delicious so I will keep going to their various locations.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had. Ordered at 4:30 with no other customers in the restaurant, didn't receive food until 5:45pm. Customer service was horrible and slow, no-one cared to work and everyone in the kitchen was screwing around and talking. Very disappointed to sit here for over an hour without service or food after asking employees for updates and they just stared at us. I would rather go home and make my own food at this point, probably better quality anyways.

Ordered one single pizza, said it would be ready between 11:30-11:40. Took until 12:05 with no one else in line, only one other person waiting. Highly recommend if you have anywhere to be, don’t go here.
