Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies

I went in and had a slice of the Old World Pepperoni. Fantastic pizza! Kanako’s service was warm and friendly. Definitely recommend 10/10! 😄

The pizza was great. The booth was dirty on the seat.... yuck. It's a huge corner booth so probably none of the workers want to crawl in there to clean it. I get it. I didn't want to crawl in to sit there either

Davanni’s is classic and always on point. Best deep dish and cheese bread around.

Poor management. Every sub was the wrong sub when delivered, skimpy portions of meat. Came and took bk the wrong subs, did literally nothing for the inconvenience. Always tipped at least 33% on delivery. Loyal customers for decades...not anymore.

7:34pm order was taken 8:10pm finally got my order. The old man made my day there but overall the other workers were talking and slacking in the back making pizza. A lady complained about the slow service because she didn't get her food yet. I also asked around 750pm and they didn't get my order done either. A dry apology but no discount offered or anything. The food was good but overall not professional. People after me who came to order got their food out way earlier than mine. I felt my order was being delay or due to slacking off when I observed the workers. Overall bad customer service experience but I only came cause the food was good. Didn't look like they had much management supervising or taking charge. A estimated time frame of 25 minutes was given but it was way over that time frame for two simple pizza orders. It doesn't take long in the oven or to make even if order may be backed up. Overall take out was a poor service experience.

I tried a new sandwich that I wouldn't have normally ordered and it was awesome! Hot hoagies are the way to go!!
