We were the only customers, 5 staff and every table was dirty. The floor was dirty. The staff was behind the counter slapping each other's hands super loud! One staff person did leave behind the counter to get himself a pop.

I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! Thank you for making me feel so welcome when I come in at the last minute. I left very happy!

They have this hostess that choose to work there and hates her job and has an attitude I hope she gets the same attitude at every restaurant and store she frequents. I have been In there and watched her talk to elderly people like they are beneath her and very forceful and rude and got to have a chance to experience it today myself. If I wasn’t In a hurry I would have definitely checked her In front of her guests and embarrassed her. That’s really what she is looking for. Someone to humble her! She is very pale almost translucent in pigment yet acts like she is ready to lash out at anyone who comes there to order food. We’re not her guest we are there for a purpose and not to be met by her bad attitude and the rolling of her eyes and turkey necking back and forth when she speaks. I am almost positive that’s the only place she acts like that because she feels she has a position of power gives her the right to be rude to customers. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Here’s a thought either get a better job that your happy with or quit. I highly doubt she would have that attitude outside of jersey mikes and I will be making it a point to contact corporate and the GM to talk about my experience today. It is very clear no one has discussed her demeaning manner and condescending tone or horrible energy. She picks and chooses who she is gonna get her attitude with believe me it’s an act that she needs to snap out of. Also the two Spanish men follow her lead with there nasty attitudes. They only treat women that way, they would never treat my husband that way but for the women we get treated like they are doing us a favor by making a sandwich that I can tell they hate doing. These are choices people. You choose to work there no one is making you work at a sandwich shop. No matter what your job duty is, you selected it. Be kind respectful & curtious, it’s karma one day you will be you getting treated less than respectful and you will suddenly remember how you treated others .

The food was great! I like the chicken cheese steaks BUT when I asked for 2 cups for water she charged me for 2 fountain drinks and thought maybe she could just slip that one by me...? So I guess we got root beer to make it worth it but really??? Charging full fountain drinks for water?? Otherwise they have bottled water you can buy.

Employees didn't change gloves after touching the POS system. The bathroom and lobby were dirty. Poor customer interaction. Overcharged us for drinks by charging us for bottled pops and giving us fountains. By far the worst jersey mikes I have been to.
