Ya know, I just enjoyed the free smells here and decided to make my own free chicken sounds to match the chicken sandwich smells here at Jimmy Johns. : )
Parking: Free parking lot plus an outdoor cafeteria here with a roof over it for good cover if it rains. Picnic tables and a bike rack too for anyone riding by for a quick bite on a bike.

This location consistently has bad service. Almost always an hour wait time, and this time when I called because someone else's food had been delivered after twenty minutes, and mine hadn't after 45, I was hung up on. Absolutely unacceptable.

They gave my son immaculate customer service. The best of my whole life so yknow.. automatic five stars. And they were really nice.
My first bad experience was with them not delivering it to the right place. (It was on the receipt saying back building and the guy that took my order said it didn’t and then confirmed that it did say back building). Which was roughly 2 weeks ago.I decided to try again and placed an order. I just called to see where my order is since it’s been about 20 mins and the lady that answered the phone said he left about 11 mins ago with two other orders. I asked how long before it’ll get here then? And she said she doesn’t have a tracker on her drivers- so what’s the tracker on the page for? I’ll tell me when or where they’re at. I clearly didn’t have access to it to see where they are. This place use to be good, but not anymore. I will never again order from this place, people here feel so entitle to being right even when they’re wrong. Jimmy John’s freaky “you can fill the blank”.

I come here all the time, usually the people working are very kind & attentive. I walked in tonight & the 3 girls working looked like i was bothering them. No greetings, nothing. I even said something about it & they couldn’t care less. Whoever owns this location look at the footage around 7:15pm tonight you will see it. It’s hard to trust anybody making your food that acts like that.

Management here is great, my orders are always what I put in (normally on the app) and usually on time.I sometimes come a tad early so any “sitting around” time is on me. Great crew that is friendly, recommend this location if other locations have turned you off to JJs.
