The burrito GOAT! I’ll give you three reasons why Pancheros is superior to Chipotle: 1. Fresh pressed tortillas to order. 2. High quality queso. 3. Most importantly, they mix their ingredients into the burrito so you get an even bite every time. No mouthful of rice.
This is the BEST Pancheros I have ever been to. I used to live nearby and would always come here for lunch but I have no moved away and dearly miss it. I come and eat here every time I come back and see my friends. I’ve eaten at the Pancheros in North Dakota as well as in Stillwater and those do NOT compare to this location. When it comes to quality and speed of service, this location is unmatched. Would 100000% recommend coming to this location. Love the staff!
Portions are greatly undersized, employees aren't very friendly.
The consistency is just not there, the veggies will be literally minced up one day and whole the next. Have had to wait 10+ minutes just for rice because it was not ready. Price upgrades for queso and guac are astronomical. Love the tortillas, but it kinda stops there. Would love new management to actually make this place worth going to one day.
