I've always liked papa john's service here in Mpls , Mn and I absolutely love their brownies . Their pizza is the way I like it . Can't speak to ambiance as they always come to me .

I see a lot of negative reviews about the staff but I can say this is far from the truth as I run a neighboring business. I frequently come in about once a week for a soda and I am always treated well. I feel like most of these bad reviewers forget the situation of the world we live in. The entire country is short staffed and we need to remind ourselves to be considerate to those who actually choose to show up to work.

Generally good. tonight was horrible. I don't know if it's them or DoorDash. We ordered 2 pizzas at 8:20 p.m. and have the confirmation email for proof. it was supposed to take 30 -40 minutes. the tracking said it was on its way but an hour and 10 minutes later,still no pizza. We called. All we were told is it should be coming. It arrived over an hour and a half after we ordered, yet the box said we didn't order it an hour after we did.
