I've always liked papa john's service here in Mpls , Mn and I absolutely love their brownies . Their pizza is the way I like it . Can't speak to ambiance as they always come to me .

I see a lot of negative reviews about the staff but I can say this is far from the truth as I run a neighboring business. I frequently come in about once a week for a soda and I am always treated well. I feel like most of these bad reviewers forget the situation of the world we live in. The entire country is short staffed and we need to remind ourselves to be considerate to those who actually choose to show up to work.

Twice now, they failed to deliver a pizza on time -- and I'm not talking like 5-15 minutes late; they have been 1-2 hrs late. And anytime we call, they say, "oh it'll be there!" but it never arrives when they say it will. Clearly, upper leadership is not paying their drivers or employees enough. The only thing that will fix it is not ordering from this location. Do not order from this location.

Very disappointed I ordered my kids and I the mix and match and it took over an hour when did arrived it was beyond cold and and wrong order of wings!! Would like refund

Wish I could give 0 stars! The employees of this establishment have been known to verbally harass employees of the surrounding businesses, not to mention they scream at each other all day long and slam things around the store to the point that items will fall off of the shelves in the salon next door. I do not recommend this place or the people who work there!
