I order lunch from Bixby’s weekly and they are always spot on! My food today was so good that I realized I never give them credit when it’s due. They pay attention to detail with every order and have always delivered in a timely manner and food it always hot. Please give these workers a thank you next time you see them! Extremely rude staff. I had the breakfast burrito and they clearly used all the cheapest possible ingredients. The cheese tasted like plastic. If you have any dietary restrictions definitely do not eat here, they don't care about you.

The person who worked here was incredibly rude. After the took my order and my money they told me that they will not work with me to make my food gluten free. When placing the order I told them I needed it to be prepared carefully because I have celiac disease. Chose to go here because they said they can accommodate gluten free. I can understand that preparing food gluten free can be hard, but the person was so incredibly rude about it and did not try to make it work for me at alk

I ordered the jumping monkey and the harvest bowl online for pickup. In each line I wrote that I have a severe dairy allergy (it wasn't clear on the menu what might have dairy). Right after submitting the order I received a call from Steven telling me that the jumping monkey had dairy in it from the cappuccino powder. He called to offer me any other smoothie but I was set on getting the jumping monkey. So he helped me figure out what I could do to still get the jumping monkey. He was so knowledgeable of the ingredients that I was able to eat my meal and not worry about any allergens. I definitely found my new lunch spot!

What a great place to have in Grand Rapids. They have some wonderful healthy options. Really good smoothies with Orgain protein powder available. The bowls are really yummy and the staff was super friendly.

It's ok to go for a quick bite if your at the YMCA, prices are on the high side. But the employees there are very pleasant and helpful. I gave a 3 star rating

I love Bixby's. I Order from them a few times a month for lunch at work and Love that they deliver. I love the Turkey Club and their soups!
You can only order online, and the site is very buggy. Staff wouldn't let me order over the phone? Not the best business strategy if you ask me.

The food is so good and fresh! I bought myself a bowl of soup and hummus platter for lunch today...the portions are large enough for lunch tomorrow too and it came to $10.04! Great value!!! I also really appreciate the extra thought in the environmentally conscious to-go containers! Way to go!!!
