My business has partnered with Borealis Creamery for almost a year now! We serve hard scoop ice cream at our establishment and the minute we met Kate and Steve we knew they were people that we wanted to work with! Not only is their ice cream EXCEPTIONAL, but it is hand downs the best ice cream I have ever tasted. They have such unique flavors that no other company can compete with. Their homemade mix ins they use in their ice cream are to die for. The Brown Butter Pecan and Salted Caramel Brownie are two of my absolute favorites. Kate and Steve are amazing to work with. They are very accommodating, super friendly, and have excellent communication. As a local business, we love to support other local businesses and are proud to serve Borealis Creamery at our restaurant!

Grand Rapids Riverfest was 10 times better with them there! the Cherry sorbet was almost as good as a teenagers 1st kiss and my girlfriend LOVED the Rivers Finest Catch ice cream...Better than a teen's wet dream 😍

We had the french silk pie and it was INCREDIBLE. The textures were on point. Love the addition of the chocolate ganache.
