Husband had a whopper, way too much lettuce and tomatoes. I had a chicken sandwich, same thing, plus the bun was too big. The chicken only covered half of the bun. Wasn't the best. I think we are over "fast food" for quite awhile.

I was surprised at the 5 dollar deal. Confused about it. I was might hungry for a burger and fries. By my mistake and not really understanding the deal. I ended up without fries, or a drink, or the few nuggets. The clerk did even ask like not saying anything. I ended up buying fries, forget paying for a drink. NO DEAL WAS HAD for 5.

The food was warm and good, but i waited in the drive through for 20min. And every time i go they always forget any sauce packets and i mean every time !!
I would never ever pass up the BK in Grand Rapids. Until now... This used to be the one BK where the food was always fresh, well put together, and CLEAN! Clearly, management has changed. It's a bummer, I'll be passing by and will remember the good days here. I hope things turn around and it becomes the place I remember it to be. I am writing this in mid Sept of 2024. I'll try again next summer, maybe.

Ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings, both were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there through the lunch rush, which is probably the case since we ate after 1pm, disgusting!
