We go here quite frequently because of the gluten free bun option. They NEVER remember to put ketchup packets or mayonnaise packets in the bag. You have to pay +.30 more for a tomato and I’d say about half the time I actually get a tomato. My burger is always cold. I will not be going here anymore.

We waited about 20 minutes for our food and after 10 we got drinks, 10 more went by so I went to the counter to inform them we only got drinks, lady who brought drinks was very rude and said it’s coming. I stood there to wait, about a 3-5 minutes went by and she INTENTIONALLY walked past me to bring the food to the table I was sitting it as if to make a statement. Incredibly rude and if I didn’t have my kids with me I would have caused a scene. Train your immature staff better. Don’t come here!
