Ordered food. They didn't deliver it called the 1_1/2 hrs later ut was still there took 2 1/2 hrs to get it was cold

To call in a specific order you first have to speak with very rude individuals that barley speak English... Very challenging to understand on top of them not understanding you.. They continously mess up my order. To get ahold of them back at the store you have to physically go to the store. Not just a simple phone call. They do not answer their phones. If forwarded to the store they pick the phone up and hang back up immediately. So after paying for delivery you have to drive in to the location of the store, have them remake my order, wait until it is done then head back home. Terrible service all around.

I keep giving this place a chance, but I think I'm done.
They CONTINUOUSLY screw up my pizza. Asked for a buffalo chicken pizza, and it comes with Buffalo maybe 1/5 times. I called tonight to have things corrected. I got told the driver could bring me a Buffalo sauce packet. I told whoever was taking my phone call that we specifically wrote in the delivery instructions to check the Buffalo pizza. Now, normally, not a big issue, but to tell me "whoever took the pizza out of the oven must have forgot"
No, really??? I had no idea...

sorry, but I expect to get what I paid for especially when I give a %30 tip. So tired of the management at this store not doing what they need to do to make sure people are making correct orders or doing what's right by the customer to fix the problem.

This would be the first time I've negatively reviewed any business online, but this certain store has repeatedly either been late with an order, messed up an order, or been careless in their food preparation and delivery. Normally I wouldn't care, but (I wish I saved a photo) the pizza I got tonight could have been sliced by a blind man. Certain pieces were half cut, one piece was literally 1/4 size of the piece next to it. They also got my mac and cheese wrong. Again, I'm embarrassed to write a negative review, but this store has consistently messed things up for me.

I wanted to bless my bank today, so I went to the Domino's in Grand rapids Minnesota, I ordered six pizzas four orders of wings to be delivered to the bank which was right across from the Domino's. I was told that the order would be delivered within 25 to 30 minutes 45 minutes later after coming from a appointmentI stopped at the bank drive-thru to see if they had received their lunch. They did not and did not understand what I was talking about. I personally went across the street to the Domino's Pizza to try to find out why they had not received it, I asked to speak to a manager and a young man came up and stated that he was the manager and what was the problem I told him over an hour ago that I had ordered this food for my bank and that it had not received them yet which spoils a surprise because they had already ate their lunch the young man stated that they delivered it now so I called the bank back while still in the store and they told me know they had not received anything this was at 11:21 when I called in for the order it was a quarter to 1:00 and I'm still in the store talking with this young man action still why the food had not been delivered, I stated what about the 20 to 30 minutes it was supposed to take, he told me he had other orders to go out which I understand but this order was just right across the street from them why wasn't that order put in first and delivered first, here we are at almost after 1:00 p.m. and I'm still in the store the food still had not been delivered, and I called the number in front of the bothof the workers so that they can hear that still no food was delivered, I was upset because it was supposed to be a surprise to my bank, the tellers and workers that work there are awesome and deserved a treat and I wanted to treat them today. At this point I'm in the store almost a half an hour and he's trying to find his delivery driver, I stated to him that this is ridiculous why wasn't it delivered first seeing that the bank was right across the street from the Domino's, all he kept saying to me was I'm sorry there's nothing I can do about it I kept mentioning what about the 20-30 minutes that it was supposed to arrive to them that they had already ate their lunch which blew the surprised if I would have known that it was going to take them almost an hour and a half to deliver some pizzas I would have went elsewhere knew that it was going to take more than an hour and a half I would have went elsewhere, finally he got a hold of the driver, and then he said the guy is delivering it now.. I stated to him while I hope that their food is still hot and by the way do you have soda here can I have one. The guy then had a nerve to say yes for a dollar. I stated to him and you say you are a manager the least you could do is offer me something to drink after I sit here for half an hour trying to make sure that the order that I placed an hour and a half ago is finally delivered that he could at least said sorry ma'am would you like something to drink or what would you like to drink while we wait while we wait on a order that was supposed to been delivered a long long time ago. In the past I have blessed few people with gift cards and etcetera from that Domino's and as I told him that I would never be back and will be placing a review I spent almost $100 with a surprise and they at the Domino's in Grand rapids Minnesota attitude about this situation sucked. I also will be calling and filing a complaint with your headquarters regarding this service

I’ve never had no problems with the food, but service?.. really guys?

Placed a delivery order for somebody else to be delivered at their work. She asked me later on if I ordered ranch. Nope, she didn’t say to put it in the order. So, me being smart as a male, I do what the female says. I call them up to ask if they can deliver the ranch only if they are not on the way yet. I call and before anything, they put me on hold. I wait 5-10min and decide to call them again and try to speak immediately just to ask question. They cut me off and put me on hold again.. so I wait…

They answer and they are already on their way. That’s okay whatever, she can go without ranch I guess. But it’s not very polite to just put them on hold and cut them off while a customer is talking.. and the biggest complaint? I put in comments “BRING A FORK PLEASE”… there was no fork.. ugh!

After ordering online, I saw the delivery car pass right by where I was staying, then mark the delivery as complete soon after. When I called the store, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, saying it was coming "soon" and to call them back if it didn't. After it didn't, the best they could do was cancel the order. I am never trusting this store again.

Last several times I've ordered pizza I've gotten wrong ingredients 3 times I've ordered a custom philly pizza add jalapenos and all 3 times no jalapenos, times before that I had to cut my own pizza as their pizza cutters weren't sharp enough, and this time I gotten a buffalo pizza that ended up not getting any buffalo sauce. Either someone has a thing against me or I'm very unlucky or their staff need to pay better attention to what their making. I do get it mistakes happen but after 8 or 10 times it gets a bit much. One nice thing I'll have to mention is staff/drivers have been nice and food did taste good minus issues previously mentioned.
