The management seems extremely inappropriate. Last night they messed up my order & when I called about it the manager on duty(Zack) just argued with me the whole time & wouldn’t do anything to make it right. Told me to call the manager on duty today (Allen). So I did & all Allen did was say he needs to talk to Zack to see what should be done. My pizza was so dry no one wanted to eat it, I had ordered extra sauce with both pizzas & I think there was more grease than sauce lol. & no manager was any help about it. It’s insane that people like that are in management at dominoes.

Every time I order here, it's always something. Either I'm missing sauces or extras I paid for; or the order takes forever, we are talking 2 hrs, and I live 2 blocks away; the food is old, nothing better than waiting 2 hrs for your order and it looks and tastes like it was done 60mins prior. Nothing better than paying a 4 dollar delivery charge, plus a 20% tip, only to get tired of waiting after 2hrs, picking it up yourself and coming home to cold food.

I ordered one medium pizza, and they gave me a nice stack of plates and napkins, even a few forks. Now that's what I call service. Of course, my pizza was delicious, too. I'll be sure to order here again.
This team is the best. Just because of them, we find ourselves eating here more often. A nice friendly team, courteous and I never hear them talk about customers behind their backs. I hope this team receives the recognition they all deserve.
