I am extremely disappointed, I order my doordash in advance for lunch, and my sandwich arrived warm and all of my toppings and dressing were warm, pop was watered down. Not Impressed

Ordered a sub and took them 15 minutes to get mine made up. There were people that ordered after me and received there subs before me. Whatever happened to “ freaky fast?” I will no longer give my business

I placed an order for delivery, waited an hour because I understand how things can be, called to make sure it was actually received, and when I called they said they didnt have a delivery driver until 3 so they voided my order. I would have been understanding but I didn’t receive any call or notification from the restaurant about the voided order.

I have never had an unwhich so poorly made. You might as well have me a fork to try to eat this. Everywhere else I have it at wraps the entire sandwich in lettuce leaves and never leaves the top open. The entire thing just falls apart.

Very little turkey and additional veggies was very limited.

We got it for pick up and they left it on the counter and were to lazy to bring it to where it was supposed to be.

Apparently 9pm on Sunday is too late to make more Italian bread so the only choices are wheat and wrap. Bummer

How many times does a person need to say no cheese on a sandwich before the morons listen??????? I've ordered the same sandwich multiple times with no cheese and they still do not get it or make it right. Would highly not recommend this location to anyone at this point. Complete idiots.

The best jimmy john's by far! They delivered to us on our 4th of july get together! Let's set the stage 90° day, adult beverages involved, no one can drive to get us food, holiday weekend and 25 people famished! Who will save us? Jimmy Johns that's who! We had a serious need of food and fast! Holli the manager took our order, we explained our dilemma, her reply. "I'll take care of you!" And boy did she ever! She not only personally prepared the order but also delivered it to us. Her sammies were amazing, but her cookie was to die for! I couldn't believe how happy we were after Holli came. Thanks jimmy John's and thank you Holli! You'll be seeing more of me and my wife real soon!

I’ve been a customer at this location for several years. I love how quickly my order gets processed whether it’s drive-thru, takeout, or delivery. Recently their manager surprised my team with a sampler box for lunch and they loved that kind gesture.

Dietary restrictions: The unwich is great. Hoping someday for gf bread but I know that’s not up to this individual location.
